Michael crook has several companies under his name or someone else (aka. Leslie Batson). Mike does steals peoples money and promise to pay back but never does. He does not pay any vendors or employees. Then never answers the phone, he has a tendency to go into hiding.
CEO protection does not have a license to operate in any state. He does not have a permit to carry a firearm.
Premium Distribution, the guy owes vendors, contractors, landlords and employees money which he has not made good on. He write bad checks also.
