This guy mike derose aka the ebay crook and thief... We bought phones from him to resell on ebay and he sent us a pile of trash that does not work. All of the phones were returned several problems and have stolen esn #'s. We have gathered information from 5 other of his ebay wholesale customers and are going to file a class action lawsuit against him and his partner mark kuchesky...
