I was leaving Super Target located in Pasadena, Texas, suburb of Houston Texas. I was approached by an Italian man who said he was selling these authentic jackets because he said that Customs was charging him 25% of the value of the jackets and he did not want to pay taxes. He even showed me a passport and also showed me his rental car reciept. He had a strong accent and he said he was Italian and wanted to get back home and he wanted to sell them in order to buy his wife a digital camera as a souvenir. He even told me that he would go with me to Best Buy and for me to buy him the camera to prove that he wasnt a scammer. He was dressed real nice and pulled out a roll of hunreds and also European money to prove that he didnt need the money. I really fell for it. He was asking four hundred dollars and I said I only had two hundred and he acted like he was offended. I still cant believe that I fell for it. He seemed like a real humble man. Finally I convinced him and I gave him $200 and he took it. The jackets are not real leather but they are really nice. I bought 6 jackets so that turns out to be $33 each from my pocket so it really wasnt a bad deal. But the fact that he scammed me really irritates me. But that is my fault and no one else.
