I paid for next day air. Well, 'Next-day-air' turned into 'two-Weeks-later... Maybe, ' with no call or email giving me the bad news. The day after its originally-designated arrival time, I called to see why hadn't my merchandise arrived. After being juggled for a while, I was finally told that Gateway couldn't drop-ship me the computers and instead the shipment had to be rerouted through CompAmerica. Sounds like a tricky lie to me. I had to demand a refund of the air-shipping fee instead of them offering it to me. BBB rating for this company? A big fat "F, " and after doing business with them, I haven't been given reason to disagree. P.S. The fee has yet to be refunded as well.
