This a copy of an email I sent to TJ Rohleder the president and owner of Mid-American Opportunity Research Enterprises or More Inc. This sums up the problem:
Dear TJ,
Over 6 months ago the Vice-President of Customer Relations Drew Hansen told client support staff member Johnnie Morrison that I could get a full refund back on my Mall of the World including the hosting fees. I am still waiting for the refund. Drew does not respond to my E-mails. I wasted 5 years trying to make money from the Mall and did not make a penny from it. I kept asking people at More to help me with my Mall and no one would. I also had a web site professionally created to market the Mall. With several thousand hits per month but only a very few joined to get their own Mall. I spend thousands of dollars on this and More kept taking money out of my account every month for the hosting fees. I called and asked Drew to stop taking money out of my account. I was told they would stop and restart when my finances improved. When my money ran out and I became homeless they finally stopped charging me after over drafting my account. Drew said he would put the funds back in the bank by electronic transfer. He never did. The bank graciously dropped the overdraft charges. I am a longtime customer and have never had an overdraft.
Later on after I was ready to pay hosting fees again I found out that The Mall of the World no longer existed. More never bothered to contact me about this and tell me what was going on. I kept calling More and was finally able to get someone on the phone. I talked to Johnnie and she told me that More did away with the Mall of the World. She said instead of getting a refund I could switch over to another program in place of my Mall. I said no because I had first tried their E-books program and that did not make any money either. That is how I got started with the Mall instead of a refund. Johnnie asked Drew if I could get a full refund including hosting fees. He said yes. I then had my bank find all the withdrawals by More from my account and send me copies. I sent the totals to Drew on August 24 th 2009 with a note that asked if he needed copies of the supporting documents from the bank. He replied with an email that said I had been working with Johnnie and could I please get him up to speed. Which I did and I have not heard from him since. He continues to ignore my emails.
I worked very hard on the Mall and got no support from More like they promised me. They kept taking my money and never bothered to tell me that I was beating a dead horse. I feel like I've been scammed. I hope that this is not the case and that More Inc. Will do the right thing and return all my money to me ASAP.
