We ordered a burner unit from this online supply site for $260.87 on our credit card for our furnace. We received 1 single burner the size of a pack of cigarettes. We thought we had ordered a 5 burner set. We contacted the company, told them there must be a mistake, was told that I could have the additional 4 burners for $120 each. We weren't comfortabe with this price variation, so we opted to just return the part which was never even opened. We thought this was some sort of scam if one was priced at $267, then additional burners were only $120 each. Now parts supply is telling us we lose 50% of the charge for restocking fee and the remainder of our payment is in store credit. We have no desire to deal with this company, and have explained the situation with the returns dept. We have had no success in resolving this matter. After several attempts to reach supervisor by phone and email, with no response. We feel if this 50% restocking fee is legal, and our remaining $130.43 in store credit is legal, this company has figured out how to rip people off in a legal like way by misleading people on their prices.
