Oh, boy do i have a story to tell. First let me begin by stating i am not complaining about the hight interest rates.
I signed the note, i am responsible for my actions. The problem began about 1.5 years ago. I had lost my license and just got it back so i was excited to be able to drive again. I have a drivetime right down the street and saw a jeep grand cherokee.
I went and looked at it and was going to put the money down, but they said wait.
I went in the next day and the salesman said another customer was looking at it so it might get sold. Anyway i ended up getting the jeep.
About a month later the problems started, massive transmission problems, and things i cant even describe. I called the dealership and they said oh, it's nothing. I did not let them off so easy.
I kept bothering them until they said ok bring it in. They claimed they fixed it and now 1.5 years later it is in worse condition.
Now, the reason i am so mad is because it has been in the shop 14 times, and each time they say its fixed. Well i got irate about the 13th time, now they say its not their responsibility i am out of the warranty.
Yes i am, but when i was in the warranty period they didnt fix the car.
If they did i would take responsibility.
The car broke again about a week ago. They towed it to recon, and then did nothing to it for 3 weeks and now it sits in the parking lot with the keys in it.
And they want me to pay for the tow back to my house.
I told them, you told me to tow it there, its your job to bring it back.
They say no. Well let me tell you. They ripped the wrong person off.
They will wish they never met me. No, its not a threat. Its all going to be legal. Watch the new.
