Today i visited a mcdonalds with my family de manager in duty his name is miguel take my order in the first window i tried to pay with my arch card and he said didnt have any money in the card i said i need my balance and he said very upset is not my problem you have to pay me because didnt have any money i said please you can check my balance because i have my receipt with me the card had 25 dollars. But he was very unprofessional and rude and he didnt do it. I visited another mcdonald never and ever i received rude service i feel very bad because he talked to me really strong please i dont feel good another person received this kind of service talk to the manager fix this problem because i wont never go back to this mcdonald
