Record locator. No 1003mws c over of the letter states $2,000 fine for any individual who opens this letter other than the recepiant who opens it!

I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM ("DMI" 1525 capital dr #109 carrollton, tx 75006 with a phone number (972) 245-3013 and located on the outside of the letter it states urgent notification and also states that there will be a $2,000 fine to any individual who opens it other than the addressee... Upon opening it it states that i have a SONTONE 35MM FOCUS FREE CAMERA, INCLUDING 50MM OPTICAL LENS/CARRING STRAP... ITS SAYS TOTAL PAYMENT FOR IMMEDIATE SHIPMENT $13.78 AND TO PLEASE ADD $1.00 FOR SHIPPING, AND FOR IT TO BE RETURNED BY JUNE 28.
I knew this was a scam because i have entered any contest nor i have i ordered a camera!!! This is purly a scam and these people should be locked up for fause info!!! And a waste of my time...
