I had internet service with AT&T for a very short time before I moved from an apartment into a house. But I called them to transfer my service. It took almost 2 weeks to just do the transfer. Atlast I got my service back on at my new resident on the 21st of August. Well on August 23rd they said that they had another order for disconnection!!! So I have spent the last 3 days on the phone to No avail! So needless to say, I am internet free STILL! I have talked to every department at AT&T and no one was able to fix what THEY screwed up... Shame on AT&T for taking MY $ and not delivering service!!!
