The company is a rip off. There is no background check ever conducted (fraud). While all the ads and bill are in assumed name DBA, the Fire Specialist Still writes the checks making you and employee. The kits are stated as a $95 value but have a worth of approximately $30.
They state they are hiring managers but this is no position within the FSI corp. You have to "buy" the position and buy a starter kit that is not worth 1/2 of what they ask for it.
The training program is a joke. It is to get you to sell their silly products and make profits. Besides your family which feel sorry for you for not having a job, who in their right mind would buy a $175 extinguisher, when Wal-Mart sell something that will handle more types of fires for $19. Why would something be non-refundable?
This is buying a low paid job and they prey of the people that are down on their luck. This is very bad business ethic.
