I hired out a 10x10 device (measurement large enough to get a two-bedroom condo) from community storage on 1414 S. Wabash on Oct 31. I place all my possessions inside convinced that my issues could be secure. I settled promptly each month. On Feb 6 I went into Public Storage to create a cost and chose to check up on my possessions to ensure anything was Ok and which it had been. The following month Mar 6, I went into Public Storage to create a cost and had a need to acquire some issues out-of my rental room. Then when I visited start the doorway I realized that I really could not change my key. And so I visited the worker on-duty and requested him if there is grounds to why my key was no operating. Therefore he examined the machine and stated " you have not compensated late so we'dnot have any cause to alter the locks". Therefore we visited my rental room and he attempted the important thing aswell also it nevertheless didn't function. Therefore he explained that I'll need to have the locks modified and they can alter the locks but I'd need to purchase a brand new lock (that we believed was insane since the locks should not have now been transformed within the first position). He explained that his boss Mike Cook needed to alter them-but he'll not maintain till a few week later, but he'll contact him and find out if he might are available in faster then that. And so I told him ok simply have him alter the locks. Therefore the worker named me 24 hours later stating that his boss could be directly into alter the locks and also to are available in t get the secrets, I told him ok I'll maintain the moment I log off function. He named me back perhaps half an hour later and explained they got right down to alter the locks which there is NOTHING within the device. Somebody smashed into my device TOOK ANYTHING and transformed the locks. And so I quit function and found Public Storage and my issues were ELIMINATED!!! I submitted a police statement and document a state using the insurance me run-around, I needed to examine the cameras plus they haven't cooperating with me. I am just starting to think it was AN INTERNAL work. I simply need Public Storage to understand this is completely undesirable and that I am likely to combat this completely towards the finish. You can't just-so or permit somebody items to be taken and genuinely believe that it ok. No it isn't.
