If you're a high roller - you make 500 bucks a week. (before taxes)
hmmm math on that...
12 hours a day x 5 days a week = 60 hour work week
500 dollars (or less for most people) / 60hours worked = 8.33 dollars per hour
Now subtract 20 dollars a day for gas... Now we're down to $6.66 dollars per hour, which i feel is a good number to represent this business... The mark of the beast.
(you could also include, wear and tear on your car, buying takeout food 5 days a week, paying for your co-workers meals sometimes because they can't afford food.)
Here's what to expect.
1 - Find them on careerbuilder and send in a resume.
2 - Get called back almost immediately after submission. (faster than chinese delivery)
3 - your first interview will be 10 minutes long and its besically jus tot see if you're attractive/dumb enough to qualify.
4 - you will be invited back for a 2nd interview.
5 - you will spend 10 hours with a rep in the field.
6 - you will walk into businesses unnanounced.
7 - demand to speak to the desicion maker
8 - get kicked out
9 - repeat all day
10 - you will watch the rep sell a few things and lie to you about how much money they made off of it.
11 - upon arrival back to the office you sit down and wait in a lobby with the other people that just shared this experience with you. Then you will be lied to about the job opportunity and they will call you back.
13 - you accept the position and begin training on monday
14 - you make no money, none at all for at least a whole week, while using your own gas and driving other reps around because you are 'in training'
15 - you make your first sale, two weeks later you get a comission check for like 15 bucks, because half of the order canceled. (i think tara just stole it to be honest)
16 - you perservere because you think you are better than the rest of these people and want to make it work (aka, you're falling for the scam)
17 you work your ass off for pennies, 12 hours a day 5 days a week,
18 - you're now working so much that you have no idea how broke you are because you have no time to spend the little bit of money you are making.
19 - you can't afford the gas to drive to work anymore so you miss a day to make some extra cash.
20 - you are looked down upon and called a pussy for trying to make ends meet.
21 - you quit, and you have nothing to show for it. Not even friends. Because the people in this cult will not talk to you unless you work there.
