P & C CONSTRUCTION is a tile laborer is a THIEF and a Liar. Mr. Olivera hired a company in Tampa, Florida to install a luxury Elevator in a home he was building for himself. Mr. Olivera then hired Precision Elevator to install a luxury Elevator, but did not tell the elevator company " he was going to turn around and SELL his home upon completion of the job.
It seems Mr. Olivera left Precision Elevator with a $3,200.00 balance. We have tried to locate Mr. Olivera through various tileretailers to no avail. Mr. Olivera knows full well that he owes the debt. We know he is still in the Tampa Area. He has not renewed his business license, and of the three homes he supposedly owns and rents out, he has his tenants covering for him as to his where abouts.
Do not under any circumstances deal with him. You will regret it.
He knew full well that he was Selling his home, but never noitified the Elevator Company. The house was subsequently SOLD and he never paid the elevator company.
Mr. Olivera was born in 1955 and is involved with someone named Cerelda Arriera who he has probably married by now. WE FOUND RECORDS in Court Records that Mr. Olivera was ARRESTED for for Child Abuse and Domestic Violenceand public records will support these 1995 charges in Hillsborough County Court records.
Mr. Olivera is a THIEF and a LIAR.
It is not fair that anyone who works for a living has to be screwed out by the likes of PEDRO OLIVERA. People work hard to provide for their family, and it is like people Pedro Olivera that makes this society what it is. A Thief is a Thief, A Liar is a Liar, and Mr. Pedro Olivera is both.
