I received a package in the mail from a company I have never heard of. When I opened it, I found two 40 watt light bulbs and an invoice for 35 dollars. This invoice also listed additional fees to be applied if prompt remittance was not observed. Since I have not heard of this company before, I attempted to contact them. The only means I was given was a PO Box and a help line 800 number. I looked them up on line and found several companies that used that name. None had offices in Phoenix. The only reference that I was able to locate to this company, in Phoenix, was in a report on this service. The address is slightly different, but the tenor of the received invoice was the same.instead of dish towels for 50 dollars, I received 2 light bulbs at the bargain price of 35 dollars. They admitted in the letter to being a private enterprise, all be it an enterprise that puts disadvantaged people to work with my "help".
