I ordered a lifecoach cd @ no cost, you had to pay shipping and handling of $13.95 only. There was not anything additional required to receive the cd @ no cost. I provided my credit card information for shipping and handling purposes only. When I went to the bank today I found out $49 had been taken out of my account in March and April.
An additional $49 was taken from my account 03-29 and 04-28, it did not state what the charges were for on the bank inquiry. The bank stated I needed to call them and dispute the charges. I called the number provided to the bank for the transaction while I was at the bank, the number was disconnected. I went home and called the 888-339-8450 provided on the website. You are advised to leave your name, number, and email address and someone will get back with you in approximately 3 days.
