The place is disgusting and dirty, bags, utensils, plastic, cups, napkins strewn across the floor, the floor is slippery from grease and there are ketchup packets on the floor. The bathroom smells like an outhouse and you don't want your pant cuffs hitting the wet and smelly floor. There were 5 young women behind the cash and they were chatting instead of helping us. And when we provided a coupon, they didn't know what to do with it. The male manager came over and without looking at us or saying "hello" he just said "you have to buy drink and fries or you don't get this." What an absolute a-hole. From then on, the woman serving us was curt and had her angry face as if we were wasting her time. Theer was a second manager there at the same time and so many people standing around — you think one of them could clean the place? No, they were lazy and disgusting and the manager was rude and didn't care. My boyfriend and I frequent Burger King because we like it, but the food was cold and seemed like it had shrunk. And, no refills? What kind of a franchise is this? I'm angry and disappointed at the way we were treated when we have been loyal customers for almost 10 years.
