Don't waste your money - Magic jack

Bought this and as soon as I got it, it didn't work, spent hours with there tech support just to go round and round with other tech chats with the same directions. Told a long time to try to get my money back and get a RMA. Where is the last chat I had to get it fixed and try to get a RMA for my money back.

They wanted me to start uninstalling programs on my pc, but I try this on my other pc with XP and the samething happin. So its just a big scam.
