In april a deposit for $25,000 was received by neustein for paragon as the compay's escrow agent. The contract was for lt #4 the gables in parita. The contract was for 60 mos. The contract has expired. I am 90 yrs. Old and have sent my request for the retun of my funds with no answer. Upon calling the office for 2 wks., david valentine, who says he was hired to complete the infrastructure once the funding came in, informed me that mr. Gale was not available but has received all my messages.
To make matters worse, i have another contract reaching expiration on 5/5/10 for the same but for lot #70 the gables in parita.
