I ordered goods for my partner for christmas which never arrived emails dont get replied to and the phone is always engaged. My Boy emailed them saying he wanted to purchase something
but needed clarification on details they rang him back immediately he then queried my case they claimed never to have received my emails and that the product had been dispatched, delivered and even signed for. When asking for proof of this so i could go to the post off and complain i was advised it would be sent to me via email and hard copy yet to receive anything and have now decided to take it to a small claims court out of principal!!! Never use them
