Owner does not stand behind his work. And lies

This guy Juan Garay told me he could fix my refrigator and gave me a 90 day warranty in writing. To this date 04/20/10 he has not fixed my appliance nor has he given me any of my money back. This guy need to be tarred and feathered. I want all of my money back and I also want this guy put out of business.
