Ripoff with fraudulent online training and certification scam which takes your money and than disappears Online

Have you come across the website for Certiplace.com or did you find it posted on monster.com, careerbuilders.com, or jobs.com? If you have-BEWARE!!! This so called company is nothing but a fraudulent scam to get your money. The owner and principal of this "school" is Chris McGee (aka Sheena McGee or Chrisheena McGee). She is the owner of another so called online training school known as Career Training Solutions. I personally enrolled in and paid for training for a Medical Billing course through CTS and once they got my money I got excuse after excuse (which eventually turned into only being able to reach voicemails) of why I hadn't received my course materials or why I was not able to log onto the web conferencing training at the times it was to be "scheduled."

CTS was to provide 3 1/2 months of training and than employ you upon completion of this training. You were guaranteed in writing (which they conveniently did not send me) at least one client within 15 days of completing the training and were to be re-embursed your tuition after being employed with them for 90 days. You were also to receive benefits such as medical and paid vacation.

On October 16th the students that were supposed to start "training" in September were finally sent an email saying that CTS needed 2 weeks to "reorganize" during which time they were to send out course materials that were backordered and training new instructors. Conveniently CTS had a "holiday" on Friday and you were to call on Monday, October 20th if you had any questions. Funny thing was that when you called on Monday you were not able to reach ANYONE! They had closed down and taken all the money with them!!!

Since that time I have not heard from anyone at CTS even though I have left countless voicemails. All email attempts have been returned and I also wrote a letter to Chris McGee and sent it to her personally and have not heard back regarding getting a refund. As of November 3rd the website for Career Training Solutions is "error, cannot be found" and their 800# is "temporarily suspended."

I urge you to not let Chris McGee (or whatever her real name is) get any of your hard earned money. They offer you what seems like a great deal, especially if you are like me and are eager to find legit work from home to have more time for your family. I suggest that you look at the numerous complaints on usacomplaints.com that have been written by many others who have been scammed by Career Training Solutions.

Through others doing more digging it has been revealed that the same people who started the website and "company" for Career Training Solutions are now trying to do the same with: Certiplace.com, Placetrain.net, cts-online.org, and Business Service Solutions. These jobs are now becoming posted on job seeking websites such as monster and careerbuilders.

As a result I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney General of Louisiana, and the IFCC of the FBI (they can be reached at ifccfbi. Gov). Again, please keep your money until you are able to find someplace legit where you will actually receive training and materials. If you send your money to Certiplace.com you can kiss it goodbye!
