Gambit (Kickflip Inc.)
Wronged consumer wants refund

A company that goes by the names Gambit and Kickflip Inc., somehow took money from me for 3 virtual currency purchases I don't remember making. I have tried to get in touch with the company but have not gotten a response to any of my e-mails, except the very first, then no further responses. These purchases happened in September of but I only found out about them when I was checking my PayPal account history for refunds from a company that deals in the same thing, because something told me to look deeper, a feeling you might say. That's when I found these purchases that I had no knowledge of. I just wish to get my money back from this company. I found a site that belongs to one of the co-owners of the company, the BBB also lists him as the CEO. A man by the name of Noah Kagan, who's e-mail address is [email protected]. I have contacted him through this, but he blatantly lies, telling me he has no association with that company and such, even though on his web page it lists Kickflip Inc. As one of his current projects, and with his blog site, he even mentions Gambit by name as a company he works for. At every turn, this guy is stressing me out even more. He has even accused me of harassing him, even though he is the only one from the company I am able to get a hold of. When PayPal did one of their fraud investigations, they said with the little info they had, they said it looked like the purchases came from my laptop, even though it's not possible. I remember every purchase of anything that I have personally made. The number for the company, listed on the site, takes you straight to a busy signal, the toll free number from PayPal rings once then goes straight to a busy signal and the 650 number (since this crooked business is located in San Francisco, CA) only says that the number has been disconnected. They never answer their e-mails, as far as I can tell. Please, I beg of you, help me get justice. Help me get my money back. September 13th was when the first of these was made, 09/20/09 was the second and 09/22/09 was the third, I believe. I only found out about this happening to me very recently, back on March 23rd.
