I placed a magazine order on September 12 and paid $95 by check. I have never received any magazines. I have contacted the company by phone, email, fax & regular mail, sent copies of my receipt and have been promised a refund. No refund hsa ever been sent. When I call they say they are "looking into it" and a "check will be sent by the end of the week." The last time I was told this was over a month ago.
