JP Morgan Chase Unreasonable charges, unfair and unethical practices

I received a business credit card from WAMU, a former California bank that Chase purchased.
Chase has been charging me enormous and unfair fees for using the credit card. Other than the high interest they charge every month, if you are late one day withy your payment they will charge you $39. If you call them to say "It was your first time. You are sorry and you will never do it again!", they will say "too bad" we don't reverse charges.
*The worst thing is they keep changing the payment due date! * That way you can't be on a schedule. If you forget to check the due date, you are doomed and you will have to pay the $39.
One time I did not know that on that day my card was charged the finance charges. Finance charges put my account at a point where only $1.00 was left on my account. I went to Starbucks and bought coffee for $2.00 and then chased charged me $39. Again I went and told them this was my first time. They said write an official letter to some Bank director. I did and the hot shot director write me back saying "While we can not give you a refund, we could send you some training material so you will know how to avoid charges"
I mean the way Chase treats you is pathetic. They are absolutely disgusting. I am closing all my accounts with them!!!
