We purchased the 70" Great Landscape lover in March.in January the lighting about the lover started blinking off and on. We'd an electrician examine the wiring and wall move towards the lover. He figured the problem should be within the lover. We named Rogue Fan customer support and were treated rudely. Whenever we eventually got the repetition to hear our issue, she understood precisely what component was bad-but mentioned that it'd be May prior to the component might be delivered. May came and we got a notice declaring the component wouldn't be delivered until May 7. The organization doesn't have problem that people are with no lamps for 4 weeks. Because the lover continues to be under guarantee, we believe the Hunter Fan Co. Must atleast provide a substitute. I'll never purchase another Hunter Fan item.
