I just read a post on this site that indicated the Gilbert PD's 'blue light' reference that officers are leaving an already understaffed dept and they refuse to convict the worst offenders.
Not sure what the 'worst offenders' are to the writer, however this 'Police Department' has enough officers to stop my son (7 times w/in the last 6 weeks) saying he made a wide turn or swerved into the bike lane, made a rolling stop... Whatever they can make up in order to get to his car. His car and person have been stopped with these ridiculous alligations, searched with a fine tooth comb by 4-6 officers for the first several weeks never finding anything illegal. After a few weeks of failing to find ON HIM they decided to start taking him down to see what was IN HIM, meaning being arrested for DUI so they could take a urine sample. He was taken in for DUI TWICE w/in TEN DAYS. The atrocities go on and are wide spread up to the judges.
Anyone wanting to participate in a class action lawsuit against this department, please reply to We are forming our case with our lawyer until June 15.
