Garmin nuvi 265 WT

I have had nothing but trouble with the above GPS. It has gotten me completely lost so many times that I no longer trust it to get me anywhere. I print out directions from Mapquest as a backup every time I'm going into an unknown area.

I am going to bring this back to Staples where I bought it and see if I can persuade them to let me buy another brand, such as Tom Tom.
