This individual is very unstable and has some mental illness issues. She has numerous convictions of alcohol abuse and assault charges.

I rent a room in the same home she rents a room. Today she attempted to assault me. Apparently she was drinking again and cannot handle her alcohol. I had to literally hold her hands to prevent her from slapping and hitting me in my face and chest.
