A Grant Allocation Notification was sent to my address, alone with a (what I thought to be) a legal check. I was over wham! So I read further details, and realized that they wanted me to send personal information, Plus send money as well, to activate this check. I had to go through a security protocol to contact a certain individual. I was told to keep quiet about this. This letter is hurting our constitutional rights as well as our goverment, taking advantage of our american citizens, which they should be punish.
