Attion: Anne Hart Respond to complaint #1202304, and your letter dated March 16. Your letter states that the company in question has sent their installers to check the the door, this is not true. No one has been here. My home is under electronic survallance when no one is home, i know every person that is at the house as soon as they enter the drive way. I have had the door checked, by anoher company. There is nothing wrong or broken with the door other then the fact that the door is too big for the opening it was bult for! This company has had more then 5 complaints just in 2009!, going by your files. My problem has been taken care of by the other company. This company Lifetime Best Buy should not be in buisness. They do not know what they are doing and lie to cover up their mistakes. I like this company to know that I already cost them appox 1o jobs in this area, and will continue to give them a bad name! No company that can not back their product should be in business. This action will hurt them more then an court or lawer. No one should be this companies prey!
