Target Stores refuses to refund me $206.00 for merchandise I purchased on Oct. 4 and I returned with receipt and all packaging a few days later. The Westminster, CA manager tried to prevent me from returning the package but I am a senior on crutches who can't carry it back and forth. As left the package with Customer Service but photograhed it for proof, the manager tried to destroy my camera, and tried to prevent me from fleeing the store by chasing, grabbing and yelling at me while pursuing me (assault). I am in need of legal counsel.
