Allows just say never purchase a rainsoft water softener. I purchased the machine about 24 months ago. It go wrong six months after I got it. It froze up the very first winter I'd it. A friend named me at the office one sunday day to inform me there is water being released the medial side of my home and heading all down the medial side of the road. I hurried home and discovered water firing out the medial side of the rainsoft system. I named the organization they explained they didn't focus on vacations and that I stated I'd to reduce my water down to prevent it from capturing out the machine and so I dont have any water. They stated they are able to arrived at my home mon morning (hi I dont have any water). They stated they're likely to cost me $90.00 simply to emerge to my home thats excluding the price for repairs. Bullshit it is assume to truly have a lifetime guarantee. I'm just one mom simply attempting to provide my child clear water. I cant afford to keep spending them everytime the rainsoft system breaks. Our friend explained to contact clear water programs this additional water program organization and so I did he found my home that same day. They needed to reduce 2-pc pipes (I believe thats everything you call it) rejoin them without going right through the water program just-so I will have water again. It had been a headache! I have named the organization requested when they can purchase back there water program plus they stated no today they stated they would like to cost me $175.00 to repair it. They are able to atleast repair it free of charge for the garbage they set me through. Im out-of 3,700.00 bucks with this specific water program that does not actually function. I discovered my training I'll never purchase something that I dont need. If you examine this don't undergo what I did so claim number to Rainsoft water program!
