Money Taken From Doctor's Office After Card Was Fraudulently Obtained

I am the manager of a doctor's office that accepts Care Credit. This company is horrible to work with. They gave someone a care credit care who had fraudulently obtained it. Instead of taking responsibility for it they took the money out of my account. So much for trusting them to do their job.
