This is deceiving to the consumer, and is not a fair practice on the part of Celebrity White Teeth.
If there are conditions to this offer, they should be directly on the website and not hidden from the consumer in the copyright information. I would never agree to such terms, had they been laid out in a proper manner. For these alone, I feel deceived, betrayed and taken advantage of. After calling the number for customer support, all they can do is give me this Complaint Website and hope for the best. This is an unfair practice, and if I am not refunded this money, I will make a complaint to the FBI's Internet Fraud Division. I was also told that the terms are clearly listed on the website which is untrue. Hiding the terms within the copyright info, which actually has to be opened up, is done on purpose so that the consumer is not made aware that they exist.
