My partner & I were chosen to do a survey for The Cheesecake Factory in Rancho Mirage, California.
We dine at your restaurant fairly frequently.
I want to first acknowledge the superb service of most of the individuals who have been our servers: Anna, (tall slender) John, Cody, Sheara, Victoria, Israel, Sam, Frank, Sylvester... And there are other servers I know I am not mentioning. (There is another man and 3 women whose names should be in this note).
And it is obvious to us that ALL of your servers are friendly, work together helping each other, make great eye contact and have a delightful sense of humor and great interaction.
The food is excellent at your restaurant. Two of our favorite dishes are the Chicken Mandara and the Caramel Chicken.
Your bread is always fresh and delicious as well.
We always look upon coming to The Cheesecake Factory as a special experience. There are other restaurants we can go to but we feel, again "it is special" to dine at your restaurant.
Also note that we live in the high desert which means we drive 45 minutes to eat at your restaurant. We don't mind the drive at all.
We ALWAYS come to The Cheesecake Factory for special occassions as well. (Ie: anniversaries, birthdays... And we bring all guests who visit us from out of state.
Though I am taking the time to write this note, I thank you for having such a wonderful place to dine. (The design of your restaurant is also quite beautiful).
I should mention that the hosts have always been willing to seat us where we like to be seated when it is possible.
In closing, you should be very proud of your staff at the Rancho Mirage California Cheesecake Factory and remain confident in a continued / long future.
