Claims 100% satisfaction - call them to place an order for handlebar risers. Talked to one of their customer service representatives to make sure I was ordering the right thing. Turns out it did not fit my bike. Called them they allowed me to return it and they sent me a new set - new set did not fit. Got a return authorization - and the charged me 25% restocking fee. Really...
