This company offers information about an individual or company online. This info was incorrect, useless, and I was charged for it after I had already bought a trial membership. I cancelled my membership within the time required and was told that there were additional charges for a report that I did not run. I was never told that I would be charged, in fact, it is stated on the website that basic reports are included in the trial membership. Their customer service people were rude and simply wanted to argue. I did not want to argue, I only called them to cancel my trial. They then made up all kinds of excuses to charge me additional fees. Major ripoff!!!
