I placed an order through the website on Feb. 22. I received a confirmation from the company pretty quickly (everything looked legitimate - though there was no "ship date"). The company, "World Laser, LLC", charged my credit card on Feb. 24. I waited a few days and emailed a "response" to their confirmation asking when I should expect my shipment. I heard nothing from them! A couple days later I called the telephone number that was on my confirmation and all it did was ring and then started beeping (like it was a fax line). I emailed them at the [email protected] address and still heard nothing! As of today, I have reported it to my credit card company as Fraud and now have to get a new credit card (in case they try to charge it again). Very disappointing!
