TLG JUST4YOU CT Charging 12.99 each month by both titles above/have no idea how they got my information. The CT is at the end of the phone numbers. I can't get anyone to talk to me at the phone numbers

Charges for both TLG EVERYDAY and TLG JUST4YOU have shown up on my last two Mastercard statements.
I have no idea what they are or why I should be charged for them. I can't get anyone to talk to me when I call the phone numbers.
I would appreciate any help on how to get rid of this. I've never been scammed before.
