I was researching the electronic smoking product. Company used my digital DNA to do a reverse append and get my home contact information. Pablo the salesman convinced me to sign up for the "free" trial kit. To avoid the recurring shipments of filters, I agreed to a 1x purchase ($70). The filters came. No problem. The device came incomplete (ironically it did have an "inspected by" card inside — nice touch. I was on hold with customer service at least 3x for a min. Of 45 minutes each. First 2x told it would be escalated to corporate. 3x I was referred back to the salesman. Tried reaching him at least 2-3x. And I've emailed customer service multiple times.
It would have been very simple to make good on this — simply reship the "free" trial kit with a complete device.instead, they have a ticked off customer who is having to report to the BBB and post on sites like this.
