I authorized ONLY one month's charge for Big Fish Games online. However, I got debit charges for Dec, Jan and Feb.
I did not authorize these charges. I've been trying for months to get in touch with the customer service dept via, live chats, telephone, regular mail and emails and have not been able to get a response back.
I don't know how I can get these charges to stop. It is very frustrating.
For all those parents out there DO NOT sign up for big fish games using your debit or credit card because it will be virtually impossible to get in touch with the customer service department.
It's very frustrating.
