I ordered games on line then noticed with my credit card billing statement that it was a recurring charge. They didn't say on-line that it would be. Unfortunatlly, I let a few months go by before I noticed.
I tried to call the number shown on my billing statement to cancel the service and charges. I got a recording that said the service could be cancelled on-line. I got on-line at their www.bigfishgames.com website and could not find a way to cancel the service or charges. There is no mail address listed where I could send a letter cancelling the charges.
I have sent a letter to my credit card telling them that no further charges are authorized by me.
