I purchased a rebate card from this company while shopping for the first time at this store. I was told that the card was good for a year. But to my surprise when I returned to the store to use my card about 3 months later, I was told that it was expired. I then realized that the attendant had written the expiration date to be the date I purchased the card. Because of her mistake my card actually expired the same date i got it. I explained this to the manager who said to contact the Corporate office. I sent a letter to the corporate office with no response. Needless to say, I feel undermined and disrespected by this company. They obviously don't care about their customers.
I'll never shop with Styless for less ever again.
