I went to work for AHT and was given the employee handbook. When the holidays came around I had been there less than 6 months and did not get paid for 5 holidays.
According the the employee handbook you only had to be a regular full time employee to receive pay for holidays. It was brought to their attention what it said in THEIR handbook but still no pay.
They then came out with a new handbook the following year that state in this on that you had to be a full time employee for 6 months before getting holiday pay and required everyone in the office to sign a form stating that we had received and AGREED to the handbook.
I was ripped off a full weeks pay. This company sells insurance policies but the owner Don Vincent does not supply insurance to his employees.
I would not do business with this company and am certainly glad that I left his employment, which I did resign but he spread the word that he fired me.
