We ordered an item from this site. We mistakingly and stupidly did not check with the BBB, but you really can't because they list no state. We ordered it a month ago

We are filing this report because we orded the product, paid for it and expected it in the mail. When in fact, we ordered it, paid for it, and they did not send it as they 'said they did.'

We've tried to use 'live support' but it's offline every time we go into the site. We tried to email but they said they were having difficulty with it but were 'working' on it. We tried to call. They said there'd likely be a lengthy wait due to high call volume, but every extension leads to a recording.

Last time I called, I told them I was reporting them to the BBB, but they don't include any sort of address anywhere on their site, so I came here.

We're very upset that we lost $32.
