I purchased the performax golf program on December 2nd when I did this it was with the understanding there was satisfaction guaranteed, or I would recieve 100 percent of my money back. The provisions were the product would have to be returned and within 48 hours of the receipt of the product a refund would be provided. I was not satisfied with the product so I returned it on the 2nd of January, and it was received by performax golf on January 8th. I have received nothing but lip service from this company ever since, they are all talk and no action. I have spoke with three different customer service representatives and each of them indicated the money would be refunded. At first there was a computer software issue that was hindering the refund, and they told me if I provided a paypal account number they could bypass their computer software, and refund the money via paypal.
