Dont aswer call or refund money

I registered with this specific organization to market my timeshare and was informed when they didn't promote the home in 1yr I really could obtain a return. I've been calling and also the telephone bands audio represents and would go to a answering machine. I shipped a professional notice also it was delivered. If anybody learns of the method to contact the organization or officially obtain the money-back please contact me. Thanks
