I had lost my beloved yorkie in an accident, and was looking for another thru a no kill shelter.
At 73 I hate to drive far and found viola Valley dogs in warren Co. They had a dog listed as a yorkie, and I called her. She said she would meet me in Lowes parking lot (red light sign) so I met her there. Said he didn't look like a yorkie, abut she insisted he was just one of the larger ones
. So I paid her $300.00 for a mutt I could have got at the humane shelter for $65.00. This YORKIE now weights probable 30lbs and i am hardly able to lift him.
No he was not neutered, even tho he was past the age they were supposed to be, before being adopted out.
If you buy a dog from ViolaValley dogs, get recommendations, get vets name and call them. I do not know if this dog has even had his shots, other than rabies.
Call, ask question, don't be taken in just because you are overtaken with grief..
