I drove 2 hours to pick up a quad core cpu from Fry's after purchasing it I looked at it in the car a noticed its was an open item and still had thermal paste on it. After complaining for an hour I was given the next model up because they didn't have any new in box of the one I wanted. So I drove home put it in my computer and It didn't work now I have to drive 2 hours to go return it. If I get any hassle I will contact Intel and the BBB. Will Never Shop Here AGAIN!!!
